아몬드 버터 & 잼 프렌치 토스트 만들기. Almond Butter & Jam French toast recipe.


Hi there, Youtube friends. Welcome back to another episode of Auntie A’s kitchen. If you are a new subscriber this week ‘Hi there’ Welcome to everybody wherever you are watching. I hope you are having a great
week. I had a wonderful morning, this morning. I was able to get out of the
house extra early and go for a long cycle ride. The Sun was shining and there
were no people around, it was a perfect way to start the day and talking of
perfect starts, I would like to today give you a delicious and simple recipe
to kick-start this weekend. As the thumbnail suggests ‘almond butter and jam french toast’. Now don’t panic! if you do not have any
almond butter then you could substitute it for peanut butter but if you have never
made your own almond butter, may I recommend you check out one of my
previous recipes and I show you a very simple way of making homemade almond
butter. Once you have tasted almond butter you won’t want to go back to eating
peanut butter and the combination of the almond butter with the jam just elevates
this french toast. Recently I had some American friends staying with me for the
weekend, I made them this breakfast they absolutely loved it so I thought I would
then share this recipe with you but please don’t take my word for it make
this for your family and your friends and don’t forget to drop me a comment

combinations. So let me show you today how we make almond butter and jam french toast in South Korea. In this recipe I like to use one egg per sandwich, so if
you are making more french toast sandwiches then I recommend using more eggs (one per sandwich). I add some cream whisk it up and I notice I could do with
a little bit more so I add just a touch. If you have not got any cream that’s OK
just use milk. When making french toast I like to use square shaped bread and I
got this one from Paris baguette. On my 1st slice of bread I put a generous
serving of strawberry jam if you have not got any strawberry jam then raspberry jam also works very well. On my second piece of bread, I put some homemade almond
butter, I will leave a link in the description below for a recipe so that
you can make your own. If you don’t have almond butter don’t worry just use
peanut butter. What’s great about using the almond butter is is not as sweet and
it’s nutty taste goes really well with the jam. I place my sandwich into the egg and cream and make sure that it soaks up all
of the mixture, I don’t want to leave it in too long though because I don’t want it going soggy. If I was making a
traditional french toast then I would make it in a different way. In the
description below I will leave a link for a recipe. The final thing to finish off
today’s French toast sandwich is a light sprinkling of cinnamon. I personally like
to use oil when making french toast but you could also use butter. So I move the
oil around the pan to make sure that all of the surface is covered and then place
my sandwich into the pan. I leave it on each side for about 30sec before
flipping it over. I not only want to make sure that that egg that is soaked into
the sandwich is cooked right the way through but I want to make sure that
that outside has a crispy texture. When I think the French toast is just about
ready, I then turn my sandwich on its side so
that I can then cook each of the crusts and it is one of the reasons why I like
using square bread. Then one final cook on each side and then my french toast
sandwich is ready to serve up. The perfect combination of texture and
flavors make this sandwich delicious and as you have seen today it’s effortless to
make. French toast is best served when it’s hot, so the last thing to do is to
cut it up and plate it so here we have a delicious almond butter and jam french
toast sandwich, which on its own is delicious but to elevate this breakfast
dish a little more sprinkler a light covering of powdered sugar and a drizzle
