  2. you don't need bcaa's if you already take a high quality protein powder such as optimum nutrition because they are already in there. As far as carbohydrates, why not just eat brown rice? These are the suppliments you should take; a multivitamin, protein powder, creatine, and a preworkout. I also take fish oil because I personally don't eat a lot of fish. But every other supplements should be coming from real food
