Chef Jon Vance visits Grinnell Mutual


Alright. Today we’ve brought
a few different recipes that will be super simple
for the staff to make but still great for you guys. There’s a pork carnitas
southwest-style mac-and-cheese. A nice pasta salad
that we’re throwing together. And a Thai peanut chicken dish. I’m a corporate chef
for my company so I come around
to places like this and teach them how to use
new products, create recipes, things like that. Probably – I say maybe
once or twice a month – I end up doing something
like this. But I really enjoy this. It’s a lot of fun.
