Foods To Avoid When You Have Pseudomonas Aeruginosa

Greetings, Eric Bakker. Thanks for coming back. We’re talking about pseudomonas. Foods to avoid for pseudomonas. One of the key things to avoid, well, have
a think. What do you think the key foods are with bacteria
in general? There’s sugar related foods, so anything with
sugar in it. If you have got a bacterial infection and
you want to counter it, the best thing to do is to pull all sugar out of the diet. That’s the key thing. Alcohol, soda drinks, ice cream, candy, chocolate
bars, all of these sort of sugar items, pull them out. Don’t do any baking that includes sugar added
to it. Watch out for snack foods that contain sugar
in them or coated on them. Be careful of going to parties or eating out
that you watch out for sugary foods. When you’ve got a bacterial problem, it’s
best that you stay at home and prepare your own dishes. That way, you can limit the amount of sugar
that goes into the diet. I find sugar the key thing for bacteria and
sugar is found in a whole wide range of foods, so you need to be cautiously reading labels. So, that would be the key thing, I would say,
to avoid with pseudomonas would be sugar in your diet in general. Thanks for tuning in.
