Greenwich Village Theater Packed For ‘Parasite’ Premiere

MOST FAMOUS VISITOR. KING KONG. THAT IS VERY CLEVER. I LIKE THAT. SOUTH KOREAN DARK COMEDY THRILLER THE PARASITE OPENS IN THEATERS TODAY. IT’S A BOX OFFICE SMASH. PEOPLE WAITED IN A LONG LINE OUTSIDE OF THE IFC CENTER IN THE VILLAGE TONIGHT. ADVANCE TICKETS WERE SOLD OUT THROUGH THE WEEKEND. MANY WAITING IN LINE OR HOPING TO GET A STANDBY TICKET. THE DIRECTOR HELD A DISCUSSION AFTER THE SCREENING. PARASITE WHICH TELLS A STORY OF A POOR AND WEALTHY FAMILY IS A BALANCE OF HUMOR AND HORROR. SATIRE INSINCERITY. I GET SOMETHING A LITTLE DIFFERENT OUT OF EVERY MOVIE THAT I SEE BY HIM. I AM EXCITED TO SEE WHAT THIS ONE BRINGS. I HAVE SEEN THE TRAILER ENOUGH TIMES. EVENTUALLY IT WAS SOMETHING I WAS INTERESTED IN. IT JUST CAME OUT. IT IS ALREADY GETTING BUZZ.
