Gut Instinct | What Your Stomach Is Trying To Tell You | The Mental Minute

Hey guys. I appreciate you tuning in for this episode
of the Mental Minute. Today I’m going to be talking about the differences
between gut instinct and brain instinct, and helping you to better understand that so you
can make good decisions. You know, I recently had a conversation with
a friend that was getting ready to go out of town, and she mentioned money, time away
from work as reasons that she didn’t want to go, and then she said, well, I wonder if
that’s just my gut instinct telling me not to go, and actually I responded by this, is
that the gut always knows. It’s the center of our body. You can think about it from a physiological
standpoint. The gut is down here. The brain is up here. Well, what happens is the brain tends to sway
in the wind in terms of emotions, day to day, hour to hour, what you want to eat, what you
don’t want to do, et cetera, but always knowing that the gut tells you and can always tell
you what you should or shouldn’t be doing. Don’t be so caught up up here. Listen to what your gut is telling you. I hope you got enough information out of this. If you did, subscribe to my channel, like it, do whatever you need to
do, but I appreciate you taking the time to watch this. Have a great day, folks.

  1. When it comes to your instincts, do you find that your first and initial thoughts are from your head or your gut? Comment and let me know which one you believe is correct more often?
