I don't know how healthy Almond Butter is, because it has lots of omega 6 and almost no omega 3, but when I go outdoors and I bring a few sandwiches with almond butter, I feel energies for a long time, and it is not heavy on my disgust system like other foods that makes you want to go to sleep , I recommend it, but don't over do it , just take it to outdoor trips for energy

  2. I'm so jealous of people who eat almond butter, like holy crap that stuff is so delicious!! It makes my mouth and throat swell so I can't eat it, but I prefer it to peanut butter. ;u;
