Homemade Vegetarian Hot Dog | Veg Hot Dog Recipe | Snack Recipe by Healthy Kadai


Hot dog buns – 4 pcs Boiled potatoes – 3-4 pcs
Cream/ Malai – 1/2 cup
Grated Cucumber, Carrot – 1 pcs each
Chopped onions – 1/2 cup Peas – 1/4 cup
Peanuts – 1/4 cup
Refined flour – 1 tbsp
Bread Crumbs – 1 cup Salt, Garam Masala, Black pepper/Red chilli powder – As per taste For cutlets – Mash potatoes, add crushed peas, crushed peanuts, 1 tsp refined flour, all spices along with 1 tsp oil. Mix well to prepare cylindrical cutlets. In cream, add grated cucumber, carrots, onions. Remove extra water from all the vegetables. Add salt and black pepper. Once cutlets are ready, coat with a batter of refined flour and water. Then coat with bread crumbs. Shallow fry or deep fry the cutlets. Grill the hot dog buns by applying little butter on top. This step is optional. In the grilled hot dog, spread the prepared cream mixture. Place cutlet and top with little tomato ketchup
