Lets start. To make mayonnaise, we will need.. black pepper, salt, oregano, and sugar (1/2 teaspoon each), 1 lemon juice, 1/2 teaspoon yellow mustard powder, 100 ml milk, 300 ml edible oill. Pour 100 ml milk in a bowl, and add sugar, black pepper powder, salt, mustard powder, lemon juice and oregano to it. Add some refined oil too and blend. Add oil slowly while blending. Do not add all at once. Take it out in a small bowl, when it gets thick. Cold milk, and oil are the important tip of this recipe. Cool he milk and oil in refrigerator first to make thick mayonnaise.
