Semiya Upma Recipe । Veg Vermicelli Pulao | Semiya Veg kichadi


Namaskar. Welcome to nishamadhulika.com Today we will prepare Namkeen Sevaiyan. You can also have it as breakfast. You can pack it in your kids lunch box, or have it in the evening to satisfy your hunger pangs. It is relished by all. Take 1 cup roasted vermicelli. Boil 2 cups water in a vessel. Water is boiling. Add roasted sevaiya to the water. You can take unroasted sevaiya, then roast with some ghee in a pan. Boil it till the vermicelli softens, Meanwhile cook the veggies here until crunchy. Heat a pan, put 2 tbsp butter in a pan and let it melt. You can take oil too. Butter has melt, Add 1 tsp ginger paste in it. Add 2 finely chopped green chili. Keep flame low to prevent spices from browning. If you like onion, you can add one finely chopped onion too. Now add veggies. Add carrots, carrots take a bit of time to cook. Add baby corn too. Stir and cook these on high flame. Keep the veggies crunchy. Add cauliflower, after 1 minute add green peas, Add capsicum after a minute. Add it in the end as it is cooked very easily. You can take the veggies according to your preference. You can adjust the veggies as desired. We are roasting the veggies separately. This is a good way to include veggies in your kid’s diet. Stir the sevaiyan, Veggies have turned crunchy and soft. We have cooked it for 3 minutes. Add tomatoes and roast slightly. Vermicelli has turned soft. Turn off the flame of the sevaiyan. Veggies are cooked now. Add 2 tsp pasta sauce, Using pasta sauce is optional. You can skip it. You can use red chilli or dry mango powder. Add 1/2 tsp chaat masala, add 1 tsp salt and stir well. Veggies are cooked now. Vermicelli is ready, Add the vermicelli to the veggies, Add a little green coriander, Mix all ingedients till they blend well. Reduce flame. Stir well and cook for 2 minutes. Namkeen sevaiyan is ready. Take it in a plate. Namkeen sevaiya is ready. It is very delicious. It can be made very easily.
