Place a pan on the flame and pour liter of water and boil add ½ teaspoon of salt Soya Granules, these will be available in all online or super markets Add 1 cup of Soya Granules, boil for 1 minute and switch off the flame remove hot water add cool water and wash well, squeeze the water and keep aside Place a pan on the flame and add 3 tablespoons o oil and heat add 1 teaspoon of Shahjeera / caraway seeds add 1 bay leaf, Add 1 cup of chopped onions Add 1 teaspoon of ginger garlic paste Add chopped green chillies 4 to 5 (Slit) Add turmeric paste – 1/2 teaspoon Add Coriander powder – 1 teaspoon Add Garam Masala – ½ teaspoon Add Cumin seeds powder – 1 teaspoon Add Red chilli powder – 2 teaspoons add 1 teaspoon of salt mix well Add off boiled Chopped Potatoes – 1 cup mix well close the lid and saute for 2 minutes in medium flame. Add 1 cup of Tomato pure and stir well Add 1/2 teaspoon of sugar close the lid and saute for 2 minutes in low flame Add boiled soya keema mix well Pour 1/2 cup of water mix well and saute for more 5 minutes in low falme add Chopped Coriander leaves – ½ cup and stir well switch off the flame Take out into a serving plate…..   2. Nice video, especially how to treat the granules. Looks by far the best in comparison to the other videos for keema. However, I could identify only a few ingredients as I do not understand Hindi, maybe a list with ingredients in writing so it is easy to translate would be great.
