soak soyabean into boiling hot water for 20-25 min then squeeze excess water nicely transfer the well soaked soyabeans into a blending jar make a smooth paste( dont add water ) now add in all listed ingredients into the soyabean paste add 2 tbsp corn flour as well, mix nicely keep it aside for 10-15 min. take a portion from the mixture and make kabab shape heat 4-5 tbsp oil on medium heat place the kabab into this, fry them nicely till they turn golden in color take them out

Hi, Lubna, I have read that the taste of soybean, is almost the same as beef, but I have never taste Japanese and American usually use soybean instead meat, soybean tu daal k form ma milta ha kya aap ne daal ko ya shakal di ha.
