  3. You need to check your facts about grapefruit and medications. There are medications that should not be consumed with grapefruit. Grapefruit can increase the effect of certain medications or grapefruit can cause problems with how some medications are rid from the body.

  4. I try to juice grapefruits and mix it with apple cider vinegar. Any good brands of grapefruit oil? I also take cinnamon and cayenne pills.

  22. I love lifeway coconut cream kefir, however it's so expensive. I put it in my magic bullet with frozen strawberries and some cinnamon, with a splash of filtered water, yum. I try to drink it once a day. I notice I don't get sick as often or as long. Do you have a recipe on how to make coconut cream kefir so I can save money. I don't like any of the other flavors, and I really don't like their smoothie mixes. Thank you
