Hi friends welcome to Parul Ka Zaika Today I am going to make Veg cheese roll Please don’t forget to press the

to prepare Veg Cheese Roll 6 hot-dog buns 150 grams of cheese 50 grams of butter 1 medium sized onion finely chopped 1 medium tomato finely chopped 1 green capsicum finely chopped 1 red capsicum finely chopped Pinch of pepper finely chopped 50 grams of crushed green peas 1 carrot finely chopped Crushed boiled corns 1 bowl of green coriander 5 to 6 garlic buds finely cut 2 green chilies finely chopped 1 teaspoon red chili powder 1 teaspoon coriander cumin powder 1 small spoon kitchen king masala 1 teaspoon roasted cumin powder 1 teaspoon white chili powder 1 teaspoon chili flakes Salt to taste And water To start with put butter in a bowl Add onion and soute till golden-brown Add garlic, green chilies and tomatoes
cook for 2 minutes Add green capsicum, red capsicum,
yellow Capsicum, carrot and peas Add the boiled cone and cook for 2 minutes Add salt and Water and cover it and let it
cook for 5 minutes Add red chili powder, coriander-cumin powder,
roasted cumin powder White chili powder, Kitchen king masala add
coriander and cook for 2 minutes Next add cheese and mix it well Once mixed well put of the gas
and let it cool down Once it cool down put thr stuffing
in the hot-dog buns Next the slits buns and remove
little bun from the centre So that the stuffing can be filled well Next fill the stuffing in Put butter from all four sides Put cheese on top and sprinkle chilli flakes
and bake it for few minutes Cover it until the ingredients are melted Veg Cheese Roll is ready to sarve Similarly prepare more rolls Lets see the ingredients required to
make continental cheese balls 200 grams cheese 2 tablespoons of refined wheat flour (maida) 1 finely chopped red capsicum
(lal shimla mirch) 1 finely chopped yellow capsicum
(peeli shimla mirch) 1 finely chopped green capsicum
(haree shimla mirch) 50 grams boiled corn
(ubla hua makka) 2 finely chopped green chillies
(haree mirchi) 250 ml milk (doodh) 1 spoon of butter (makhan) 100 grams of dried bread crumbs 1 teaspoon of chilli flakes 1 spoon of white chilli powder
(safed mirch powder) 1 teaspoon of oregano Salt as per taste (namak) Oil for cooking (tel) And water (paani) To start with put some butter in a pan Add in the pan yellow, green and red capsicums, corn,
green chillies, salt and saute for 2 minutes Add refined wheat flour and saute for 2 minutes Next add milk And cheese and mix well Next add oregano, white chilli powder,
chilli flakes, salt and mix well Once the mixture is ready. Put off the flame and let it come down
to a reasonable temperature and start making balls for frying Rub some oil on your palms and make
small balls of the mixture prepared Make balls of all the mixture prepared Next put some wheat flour in a bowl Add water and make slurry Put one cheese ball in the slurry. Dip well and then roll
the ball on the bread crumbs powder Do the same for all cheese balls Once all cheese balls are rolled on the bread crumbs powder
refrigerate the cheese balls for 10 minutes After 10 minutes start frying the cheese balls Fry the cheese balls on medium flame till the
cheese balls become golden brown Once cheese balls become golden
brown remove from pan Fry all the cheese balls in the same way Once all the cheese balls are fried serve
hot with tomato ketchup Let’s see the ingredients required
to prepare Maggi Pakoda 2 packets of maggi noodles 2 pouches of maggi masala 50 gram of cabbage finely chopped 1 grated carrot 1 capsicum finely chopped 1 onion finely chopped One inch ginger piece finely chopped 2 green chilies finely chopped 1 teaspoon of red chilli powder Salt to taste 50 gms of semolina 100 grams of gram flour Oil And water To start with break and put maggi
noodles in boiling water And half cook it Next add Maggi masala And mix well Maggi is ready Next remove it in a bowl And let it cool down Add cabbage, carrot, capsicum,
onion, green chillies Ginger, coriander leaves, semolina, gram flour,
red chilli powder, salt and mix well. Next add water as per requirement and mix it The batter is ready to fry Fry until golden brown on medium flame Once it becomes golden brown remove it Similarly fry all the pakodas Hot and tasty Maggi Pakodas are ready to serve If you have liked this recipe Then please click the Subscribe button
