same old problem what to make for tiffin? Hi, I’m Saee Khanekar and welcome back to Kissan tiffin timetable Along with India’s most loved chefs, we’re going to bring you 200 tiffin recipes for 200 school days Today we’re going to make a fun new recipe called Noodle Bhel As you know noodles are a universal favorite among all children and when you present it in a fun new format the Tiffin is bound to come back empty So come let’s see how to make ” Har Din Naya Tiffin Har Din Empty Tiffin ” We’re going to start by first making the
chutney for our noodle bhel. So I’m going to heat some sesame oil in a pan here and in the meanwhile I’m going to put some ginger, Soy sauce a few spring onion greens some lemon juice Just a tiny bit of salt and some fresh coriander in a bowl. I’m just going to give them a quick mix Now to this we’re going to add some Kissan sweet and spicy sauce and what this is going to do is it’s going to
give you a nice contrast of flavors which appeals to older children very
well. give it a quick mix and in the meanwhile my oil is nice and hot. I’m going to add that to the dressing we’ll mix well again here and then we
keep it aside for 2 to 3 minutes So the chutney for our bhel is ready. I’m
going to keep this aside and get a bigger bowl now we’ll mix the main ingredient in this. So for this we’ve got our favourite noodles already boiled We’ll add some really nicely shredded green cabbage Some shredded carrot, slip
in as much nutrition as you can I’m also going to add some more spring onion greens, some toasted peanuts followed by the dressing that we have made all here give it one more mix and add everything to the beam Now give it a nice mix Now its time to pack the tiffin I’m gonna get a generous portion of the
noodles in and we’re going to top this with some fresh coriander and some lightly toasted sesame seeds, just for a little crunch. Along with it we’ll add a little bit of peanut chikki and some fresh papaya.
